The new Level 3 Craft Bricklayer Standard contains 6 behaviours amongst its KSBs.
Within the EPA one of the six behaviours will be assessed through the practical assessment with questions, the remaining five behaviours assessed through interview underpinned by portfolio. This simple spreadsheet allows for easy review of the progress an apprentice is making against these 6 behaviour criteria, indicating percentage progress of each and as an overall percentage towards EPA readiness.
