For March’s Inspiration of the Month, we are proud to recognise Bob Noseda, who is retiring after over 40 years of outstanding service to Further Education and the construction industry.
Bob has been more than just a tutor—he has been a mentor, an advocate, and a true ambassador for the trade. His dedication to securing apprenticeship opportunities during the 2012 Olympics helped countless young people take their first steps into construction careers, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
His passion didn’t stop in the classroom. Bob has been instrumental in organising brickwork competitions across colleges, helping to showcase young talent, promote excellence, and strengthen employer engagement. His commitment to raising standards in brickwork training has inspired both learners and colleagues alike.
Bob, your contribution to the trade and education is immeasurable, and your legacy will continue to shape the future of bricklaying. Thank you for everything, and enjoy your well-earned rest!
